Soy Sohho, the upscale Chinese cuisine restaurant, is an ambitious project led by Julio Zhang, a Chinese chef based in Madrid, who currently successfully manages the restaurants Soy Kitchen. This project is the result of Julio Zhang's culinary passion and his desire to create a new concept in the Madrid hospitality scene. Specifically, it is a refined Chinese cuisine restaurant primarily focused on delivery and takeout orders. However, it will also be possible to enjoy their dishes at our first Soy Sohho location, situated at 87 Ayala Street.
