Our concept

Soy Sohho is an author's Chinese cuisine restaurant where our chef, Julio Zhang, creates innovative recipes and modernizes iconic dishes from traditional Chinese neighborhood restaurants, elevating them to a higher culinary level and turning them into high-quality Chinese cuisine at affordable prices.

The gastronomic proposal at Soy Sohho is refined and authentic Chinese cuisine but not traditional, based on quality and seasonal ingredients that will surprise and take your senses on a journey through various regions of China, from Beijing to Sichuan, passing through Shanghai, Xi'an, Xinjiang, Guangzhou, and more.

Our restaurant will offer two different menus, one focused on home delivery and takeout orders, and another for dining in our establishment located at 87 Ayala Street in Madrid. Both menus will change depending on the season of the year.

Chinese delights such as Chili Crab, slow-cooked pork ribs, the reinvention of lemon chicken, our homemade Dim Sum, and our Soy Sohho sauces will delight even the most discerning palates with authentic high-end Chinese cuisine.

At Soy Sohho, we want all our customers to enjoy equally, so both in the delivery/takeout menu and the restaurant menu, diners with dietary intolerances will always find dishes suitable for vegans, gluten-free options, and more.
